You would think that Nissan would be happy enough already building some of the fastest cars in the world, but apparently they want to go one step further with their current model of R35 GTR.

“You know, it’s a never ending quest. There is still development potential there, always. When you see what we have done with the GT-R Nismo, it’s an interesting development, I do believe.” (Head of Product Planning, Nissan)

It shouldn’t really be that much of a surprise, especially when cars are there to be upgraded. We’re just intrigued to see what else Nissan can do with the GTR, especially as the current model is so spectacular.
